to keep a food journal??? Okay so I don't really make new years resolutions...seem to never keep them anyways...so I set "goals" that I would like to achieve. Well one of them was to keep a food journal...write everything down...that way I can hold myself more accountable for my actions, right? Another reason for wanting to keep a food journal was because as much as I work out the pounds are not coming off and that is frustrating the crap out of me. So it must be my eating habits. Right? I have been eating healthier for the most part and some think that I'm not eating enough to go along with my workout. I don't know what it is but I really need to figure it out! Any of you have any suggestions on the whole eatting thing? Do you eat a lot of small meals throughout the day? Three regular meals? Just wondering what works for you.
Hi Susan! So glad to see you here, I was going to send out a search party for you. ;)
I have no words of wisdom - I found the unopened xmas M&M's and have been stuffing them in my face! I am a sugar addict. WAH!
I would just say hang in there because you're way (way!!!) ahead of me, on being on the track to better health and perhaps it will just take longer? (& remember that muscle weighs more, so if you are creating muscle mass, your weight may go up, before it goes down.)
Sending hugs! I'm sorry it's so frustrating when you've been so good and so diligent!
